Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Provide Life-Changing Therapy: Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using proven treatment methods including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches. You’ll work with diverse clients addressing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use concerns.
  • Lead Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain detailed clinical documentation. Your clinical judgment and therapeutic skills will guide clients toward meaningful recovery and growth.
  • Collaborate & Grow Professionally: Work alongside psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow clinicians in a supportive team environment. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities that advance your career.
  • Engage Your Community: Lead workshops, participate in outreach programs, and represent our organization at professional events. Help reduce mental health stigma while building valuable community connections.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Current license as LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS, and Associate Level
  • 1-2 years of outpatient mental health experience 
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
  • Professional Liability Insurance 
  • Experience working with teens, couples, older adults
  • Bilingual in Spanish also preferred

Pay:

Starting at – $45 / session
Fully Licensed – starting at $60 / session
Rate is based on experience and KPIs
